In other words, pedagogy is a process in which teachers and students may all undergo change, and it is only after the event that we can try to say what occurred and what was learnt. However, any account of this process will always fall short of capturing the fullness of the experience of the relations. Coming to see oneself and the world differently is a transformation that is even less readily observed – and less able to be described – by someone standing outside the process.
